Join us for a special hands-on opportunity to experience farm life with your preschooler. Younger children (ages 2-3) team up with a parent/adult to meet our farm animals up close and personal and have fun together in this active learning class.  Older children (ages 4-5) have an opportunity to attend class on their own.  Each session focuses on a particular animal group at the farm.Curriculum is integrated with arts and crafts, stories, songs, games, and a snack.  Both children and adults should dress in play clothes with sturdy shoes/boots.  Younger siblings may accompany a parent - please no older siblings unless they are enrolled in the class. 

 

Price is $30 per student for each series, or $12 per individual class.  (You may sign-up for an entire 3-week series or one class at a time on a space available basis). 

 

Cancellation policy:  If you cancel with less than one week’s notice, you will not receive a refund for pre-paid classes.  We will be offering one make-up class at the end of the session.

Little Buddies Classes 

 These preschool classes will give your 3-5 year old the opportunity to experience a variety of fun activities at the ranch!  Students will spend time in the kitchen making simple healthy snacks, learning about safety and nutrition and incorporate crops from our garden to see where food comes from.  They will learn about the parts of a plant and how they grow, spend hands-on time in the garden harvesting berries or flowers, and make a fun project to take home. They will develop the science processing skills of observation, classification, and communication in a fun and engaging environment.  They will also make music together and learn about sound and rhythm through listening, singing and games and explore different art mediums to make works of art geared for their abilities!
